The Hotel Monte Granatico is situated in Sadali, a small historic village in the Barbagia of Seulo (Sardinia's inland), located in the very heart of the island. The area characterize for its landscape variety, alternating between overshadowing mountains and immense plateaus, particularly with lots of streams, springs, and waterfalls. Sadali is in fact known as the "water village".
The rooms are set within two separate buildings facing each other.

The main building has 9 rooms, while the other 4 are located in the secondary structure.
The rooms are welcoming and equipped with all comforts, which include air conditioning/heating, TV set, internet, mini-bar, hairdryer, safe box, private bathroom.

All barriers have been eliminated in order to allow everyone to enjoy a holiday here. There is a room disabled friendly and a lift connecting the rooms to the Hall and the Reception area.

In the main building there is also the restaurant that can accommodate a maximum of 60/70 people, surrounded by a garden of 1000 meters at your disposal.

Below follows a list of the many interesting places to visit in Sadali:

- The waterfall of San Valentino, the only waterfall in Europe to be situated in the city centre;
- The beautiful “Is Janas” caves. The legend tells of how three Janas,( half fairies and half witches) had behaved badly and were punished by God and turned into stone in the cave;
-“Su Stampu e Su Turrunu” (Il buco nel terreno) an amazing carsick phenomenon: water has dug a hole through the rocky soil, where the liquid vanishes in the ground just to reappear several meters underneath in a cave-like formation, shaping a little fresh water pond.

Sadali is a medieval village of roughly 1300 inhabitants situated in Sardinia's Barbagia, the inland of the island in the province of Cagliari. What makes this village so unique is the presence of a magnificent waterfall in the heart of the city centre. The entire town in fact, as well as being immersed in the luxurious Mediterranean vegetation, is built around water springs. Waterfalls, fountains and watermills are the distinctive elements here. Next to the waterfall is the S. Valentino church. Sadali is the only Italian locality to have Saint Valentine as Patron Saint (quite unusual) once people would come to the village to ask the Saint to help them find love and "a good match" (In Sadali Saint Valentine’s day is celebrated on October 6, because the climate in February gets too rough and cold).
Nearby, the "Is Janas" caves represent a magic and fairy tale place absolutely worth visiting. A food feast not to forget is the " Sagra de is Culurgiones" celebrating the typical Sardinian ravioli (made with a potato or cheese filling) the second week of August.
