The accommodation is located in “Castiadas” a small joyful town on the southern east cost o f Sardinia, only 7 km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of “Costa Rei” , the most important tourist centre of the area. The building is a former two-storey manor house , completely surrounded by a large garden and a lots of trees. The structure has been recently restored preserving its original shape and materials. The interior is mainly formed by a main body with 6 separate rooms and one cottage that houses another independent room plus two mini-apartments. The Affittacamere Rosanna has 6 double rooms located in the main body, each with private bathrooms, 2 mini-apartments located in the cottage and 1 independent large room equipped with kitchen corner, refrigerator and washing machine.

Rooms description:

Gabry’s room: Located on the ground floor of the main building, has a separate entrance and is furnished with a double bed with private bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer and a outdoor table equipped with sun- umbrella and chairs.

Evy’s room: Also located on the ground floor of the main building, has a separate entrance and is furnished with a double bed with private bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer and outside table and chairs.

Michelle’s room: Located on the mezzanine floor of the main building, has a separate entrance and comprises a double bed with a large private bathroom , refrigerator, air-conditioning, hair dryer, table and chairs.

Giovanna’s room: Located on the mezzanine floor of the main building, has a separate entrance and comprises a double bed with a large private bathroom , refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, and a small balcony with a table.
 

Emily’s room: Located on the mezzanine floor of the main building, has a separate entrance and comprises a double bed with a large private bathroom , refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, and a small balcony with a table.

Rosy’s room: Located in a separate building has an independent entrance and comprises a double bed with a comfortable private bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, and also a veranda with a nice little patch of grass on the front side.

Castiadas, however, is not only the sea. Besides the beaches, inland there is an unspoiled natural heritage, like that enclosed in the mountains of the Seven Brothers and the forest of Minni Minni, covered with oak, juniper, arbutus, myrtle and populated by a large wildlife such as deer, wild boar, birds of prey, etc..
