1. The data provided by the developer for the conclusion and execution of this Agreement may be processed by the broker, manually and / or computer science, and thus be subject to registration operations, organization, storage, use, communication a third party, cancellation and destruction.

2. 4. The processing of data provided by the developer is made by the Ombudsman for the period of validity of this task and even after its expiration for the exclusive purpose of promoting new business proposals to the client or a new agreement for mediation by similar content or otherwise similar to that of this Agreement.
