Sardinian cuisine has a very solid foundation, acquired from the mixture of natural ingredients and their transformation into simple dishes, blended in with excellent wine. The climate considerably adds to the good ripening of agricultural products and gives a balanced natural rhythm to animals and plants, both on land as in the sea.
