The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is outside of the house, with marble table, well finished and furnished.
It is 50 meters from the main road that leads to the most beautiful beaches on the south coast of Sardinia. The beach is about 200 meters.
An additional charge will be calculated for the use of tennis court lighting. The villa includes a maid service every day for three hours (five times per week) and a maintainer for the cleaning of the pool and garden.
Pool size: 16mtx10 m, depth 1.50 meters minimum. and maximum 3.50 meters.
Outside the villa is surrounded by large lawned garden (1500 sqm), pool, parking, barbecue, outdoor bathroom and shower

In August minimum two weeks
-deposit: will be asked for your credit card details of customers, will be pre-authorized 500.00
-Payment required upon arrival: 30.00 per person per week which includes: bed linen and towels, garden maintenance and / or swimming pool, gas, on-site assistance during your stay, final cleaning;
-Payment required upon departure: 0.20 per kilowatt electricity by meter reading on arrival, water 1.00 for MC behind Meter Reading on the day of arrival. Kitchen left dirty on departure 50.00
